Yes, walk downs are available at all points, please head down and we will find you a seat!

12-12pm, 7 days a week

2hrs 45, but you can remain in the venue after this time, we just may have to relocate you to another seat.

There is plenty of standing capacity and our staff will try their utmost to get you a new table if you’d like to stay.

If you have a big day planned, please book 2 back to back sessions and email hello@centralparknewcastle.co.uk so we can ensure you stay on the same table for the full 6 hours.

This year we have created several new VIP areas that will be unveiled in the coming weeks, you can book through the website or contact hello@centralparknewcastle.co.uk (with the subject VIP, and we will be straight back).

Yes, they are situated at the top of the square next to the main bar. If you have any other accessibility questions, don’t hesitate to drop us an email

Kids are welcome, accompanied by an adult Sunday – Thursday and before 6pm on Friday & Saturday. Additionally, we will be running a programme of kids events, you will be able to find these in the event section of the website.

Yes dogs are welcome if they remain on their lead, and are well behaved!

You can smoke in all the open air sections of the site. The food court has a non-smoking policy, so please refrain from smoking within this area

Unfortunately bookings are non refundable but if you can no longer make it, we can reschedule to another date within 14 days.
